Medstar Ambulance of Mendocino County Inc. charges fees for the services we provide. In turn, payments we receive make up the primary revenue stream that allows us to continue providing vital services to our communities. Medstar partners with Wittman Enterprises, LLC to carry out billing department functions on our behalf.

If you were treated and/or transported by Medstar, or represent someone who was, and have questions about your bill, please call (800) 906-6552 Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm Pacific. You can access the online patient portal to make payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
